Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been running cleanings in Fort Bend County since 2016, and he’s the one who trains every new hire on the Rotobrush and Nikro negative-pressure extraction systems - that’s the equipment that pulls debris out without letting it escape into your living room. He holds NADCA certification for HVAC system cleaning and specializes in older homes around Sugar Land’s First Colony, where the original ductwork from the 1980s tends to have taped seams that have dried to dust. Off the clock, Marcus rebuilds vintage Honda motorcycles in his garage in Sienna Plantation, badly.
Diana R., Senior Installer / Duct Repair Specialist
Diana started in new construction HVAC installation in Houston before moving to duct repair and sealing, which means she’s one of the few people on our crew who can both diagnose a collapsed flex duct behind a Sugar Land attic kneewall and fabricate the replacement run on-site. She’s certified in Aeroseal application and handles most of our duct sealing jobs in the Telfair and Riverstone subdivisions, where energy auditors have flagged leakage rates above 30%. She keeps a small farm plot in Needville with too many chickens and not enough fencing.
James K., Service Coordinator
James answers the phone when you call (346) 421-3357, and he’s the one who builds your written scope and price before Marcus or Diana ever pulls into your driveway. He’s been with CleanRun since 2019 and knows which questions to ask about register locations, the last time filters were changed, and whether anyone in the home has noticed uneven airflow from room to room. He grew up in Sugar Land, graduated from Kempner High School, and still lives in the area, which means he’s driving past the homes he’s scheduled half the time anyway. He coaches a U-12 soccer team that loses with enthusiasm.
Elena V., Apprentice Technician
Elena joined us in 2024 after four years in residential insulation installation, which turned out to be useful preparation for crawling through Sugar Land attics in July. She’s completing her NADCA training and currently works alongside Marcus on every job, handling the pre-cleaning photo documentation and operating the Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration unit that keeps the house clean while we’re working. She lives in an apartment near Highway 6 and First Colony Mall, and she’s been systematically visiting every pho restaurant in the area with a spreadsheet rating system she’s too embarrassed to show anyone.
